01 — Verbatim attribution block.

02 — Sources and licences.

  • FAO Open Foris Whisp — plot-level convergence-of-evidence indicators (whisp.openforis.org). Distributed under the MIT licence [verify current licence text at review].
  • Hansen Global Forest Change (GFC) — tree-cover loss/year layers, Hansen/UMD/Google/USGS/NASA (Hansen et al., Science 2013, updated). Free to use with attribution; version pinned per screening (current pin: GFC v1.11 [update per pack]).
  • GLAD & RADD forest alerts — near-real-time disturbance alerts, Global Land Analysis & Discovery lab, University of Maryland. Used with attribution per the lab's terms.
  • JRC Tropical Moist Forest (JRC TMF) — tropical moist-forest extent and disturbance mapping, European Commission Joint Research Centre. Current convergence stack carries the layer in a demo-correlated form [update licence/pin when the live layer is wired].
  • Copernicus Sentinel-2 — ESA Copernicus programme imagery. Notice carried verbatim: "Contains modified Copernicus Sentinel data (2026)", per the Copernicus/ESA attribution requirements.
  • TRACES NT — references to the European Commission's TRACES NT trade-traceability system are informational only. We are not affiliated with TRACES NT, we do not submit due diligence statements on your behalf, and any filing support features are preparation aids only.

03 — Independence and non-affiliation.

EUDR Clear is an independent commercial product. It is not affiliated with, sponsored by, or endorsed by the European Commission, the European Union, the FAO, ESA, the University of Maryland, Google, or any dataset provider. "EUDR" refers to Regulation (EU) 2023/1115 as amended. Dataset providers do not endorse this product.

04 — Derivative products.

Where dataset terms require attribution in derivative products, this page and the evidence-pack exports carry the required notices. If you redistribute screening outputs or pack pages, you must keep the attribution block intact (see Terms §09).
