THE PIPELINE · 5 STEPS
From a coordinate to an evidence pack.
Every EUDR due-diligence statement starts with geolocation. Everything EUDR Clear does flows from that one fact.
STEP 01 — INTAKE
Plot intake
Paste WGS84 coordinates or upload GeoJSON/KML/CSV. Points are accepted for plots ≤4 ha; larger plots need polygons (Art. 9 geolocation rules). We validate geometry, area, and CRS on upload and flag problems before you spend a screening.

STEP 02 — SCREEN
Satellite screening
We submit your plot to the configured screening engine — FAO Open Foris Whisp’s convergence-of-evidence approach — and cross-check Hansen Global Forest Change loss-year data plus GLAD/RADD alerts where available. Results are indicative: they inform your risk assessment, they don’t replace it.

STEP 03 — READ
Reading the result.
Anatomy of a screening result: the verdict chip, the figures behind it, and the dataset vintages that make both traceable.
FIG 03-A
TREE-COVER LOSS, ha/yr — the headline figure, computed from loss-year pixels inside your geometry.
FIG 03-B
DATASET VINTAGE — every figure carries its dataset, version and date.
FIG 03-C
VERDICT CHIP — fixed vocabulary: NO SIGNAL DETECTED / REVIEW RECOMMENDED / ELEVATED SIGNAL.

Indicative screening for decision-support only — not a compliance determination, certification, or legal advice. Due-diligence obligations remain with the operator (EUDR Art. 10). · DEMO RESULT — configure the Whisp API in admin settings for live screening.

STEP 04 — MONITOR
Scheduled re-screening
Satellite archives update. We re-screen your registered plots on new passes; when a new tree-cover-loss or alert signal intersects a plot, you get an email + dashboard alert with before/after figures.
MONITORING · PASS CADENCE
ALERT · NEW GFC LOSS SIGNAL INTERSECTS PLOT #04
BEFORE 0.0 HA → AFTER 0.6 HA · SENT TO YOUR EMAIL + DASHBOARD
RE-SCREENS FOLLOW SATELLITE PASS CADENCE — NOT REAL-TIME. MONITORING CAN BE TOGGLED BY ADMIN.
STEP 05 — PACK
DDS evidence pack
Assemble a version-pinned evidence pack: plot geometries, screening outputs, dataset citations, monitoring history — formatted to support your TRACES due-diligence statement preparation. You review, you sign, you file. The legal duty stays with the operator — exactly where the regulation puts it.

SCOPE OF THE TOOL
What EUDR Clear deliberately does not do.
Decision-support under EUDR Art. 10(2) means knowing where the tool stops — and saying so plainly.
We don’t certify compliance. No one screening tool can.
We don’t provide legal advice. We organize evidence; counsel interprets law.
We don’t file your DDS. TRACES submission remains yours.
We don’t hide our data sources. Every figure is traceable — see Methodology.
